A Single Origin coffee from Ethiopia. This rost makes up the core of our Second Breakfast Blend and is Jon’s favorite region for growing coffee! Typically, Ethiopian coffees Shine with tea like floral notes when roasted light and jammy fruits like blueberry and plum when roasted dark. Jon once had a dark roasted Ethiopia that slammed with juicy and sweet blueberry pie notes and ever since he has been “chasing the dragon” that is this blueberry pie in a cup! (hint, get some dried blueberries and pop one in your mouth before you take a sip of this, you won’t be sorry!)
